The mission of the Department of Campus Services is to deliver exceptional, customer-focused support to students, faculty, and staff while maintaining a safe, functional, energy-efficient, and visually appealing environment that supports the University of New England’s mission.
Campus Services supports the entire University community across all campuses by providing a wide range of essential services. These include facilities management, landscaping, purchasing, space and energy management, event and conference services, real estate oversight, mail and duplication services, environmental health and safety, operations management, and sustainability initiatives.
We are also responsible for campus planning, including the design, engineering, and construction of capital projects.

Conference Services
The Department of Conference Services provides professional event management and a variety of versatile spaces for the UNE community, the public, and in-house guests. Environmental Health and Safety
The Department of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) provides a broad range of services to the University to promote the protection of our stakeholders as well as compliance with regulatory authorities, as listed below:

Sustainability
The Office of Sustainability leads campus-wide efforts to advance environmental responsibility across all UNE campuses. Through collaboration with students, faculty, and staff, we propose, implement, and assess sustainable practices that support the University’s commitment to a greener future.
We offer hands-on opportunities for students to engage in real-world sustainability initiatives, while also supporting academic programs through guest lectures, research partnerships, and events that promote environmental awareness and action.

Campus Planning
The Office of Campus Planning is dedicated to creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible campus environment. We provide expert planning support to maintain and renew existing buildings and systems, design and construct new facilities, and guide the long-term development of campus spaces.
